At Poolscape Outdoor Living LLC, we take pride in delivering high-quality custom outdoor living solutions. Because our services and many of our materials are custom ordered and specifically tailored to each project, our refund and return policy differs from that of a traditional retail business.
All sales are final. Payments made for services, labor, deposits, custom materials, and completed work are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or as otherwise stated in a written agreement signed by both parties.
Deposits are used to reserve your project on our schedule, purchase materials, secure equipment, and prepare for construction.
Once a deposit has been received, it is generally non-refundable.
Many products used in our projects are custom ordered specifically for your property.

If a customer cancels a project after signing a contract, the customer may be responsible for payment of:

Manufacturer warranties apply only to products covered by the respective manufacturer.
Poolscape Outdoor Living LLC does not extend manufacturer warranties beyond those provided by the original manufacturer.
If materials supplied by Poolscape Outdoor Living LLC arrive damaged or incorrect due to supplier error, we will work with the supplier to replace the affected materials as appropriate.
